Vegetable Beef Stir Fry

A colorful and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef and a medley of vegetables for a satisfying main course. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 200g beef sirloin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and season with soy sauce.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add sliced carrot and bell pepper, stir-frying for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add the broccoli and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  8. Return the beef to the skillet, mix well, and stir-fry for an additional minute to heat through. Serve hot.
