A healthy and delicious Vegetable and Chicken Wrap packed with nutrients and flavor, perfect for a quick lunch or picnic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 50 grams spinach
  • 50 grams cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through, then slice it into strips.
  2. Take the whole grain wrap and layer it with fresh spinach leaves.
  3. Add sliced cucumber and tomato on top of the spinach.
  4. Place the grilled chicken strips over the vegetables.
  5. Drizzle yogurt on top for added flavor.
  6. Wrap it tightly, slice in half and serve immediately.
