Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 100g broccoli
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g carrot
  • 30ml peanut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50ml soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet; stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve.
