Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30ml peanut oil
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the peanut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic, sliced carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan and toss everything together for another minute.
- Serve hot, optionally with rice or noodles.
