Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100g broccoli
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the carrot and zucchini into thin strips.
- Chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and garlic finely.
- Heat peanut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked.

- Add the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently.
