Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the carrot and zucchini into thin strips.
  3. Chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and garlic finely.
  4. Heat peanut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  6. Add the garlic and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  7. Add the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently.
  8. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  9. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
