Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g broccoli
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
