Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 100g broccoli
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry and mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
