Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fry

A colorful and nutritious vegetable and chicken stir-fry, perfect for a quick and healthy main course.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Slice the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  4. In a large pan or wok, heat the sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
  7. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
  9. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
