Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 100g broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Slice the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
