Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 150g broccoli
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 80g carrot
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the bell pepper and carrot into thin strips.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until just tender.
  7. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
