Vegetable and Chicken Soup

A hearty and nutritious soup made with fresh vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 chicken breast, diced
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot and potato, and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it's no longer pink inside.
  5. Pour in the water, and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
