Vegetable and Chicken Soup
A hearty and nutritious soup made with fresh vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 500 ml water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the diced carrot and potato, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it's no longer pink inside.
- Pour in the water, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
