A hearty and nutritious vegetable and chicken soup packed with flavor and healthy ingredients, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 500ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot and potato, cooking for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  5. Add the chopped tomato and water to the pot, bringing it to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
