Vegetable and Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 500ml water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the diced carrot and potato, cooking for a few minutes until they start to soften.
