Vegetable and Chicken Soup

A hearty and nutritious vegetable and chicken soup packed with vitamins and flavor, great for any season.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 liter water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot and potato, cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until they are browned.
  5. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
