  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Add the diced carrot and potato, stirring for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Introduce the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until it's no longer pink.
  5. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
