Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 200g broccoli
- 100g cheese
- 50g butter
- 500ml milk
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them with milk and butter until creamy.
- In another pot, sauté chopped onions and diced chicken breasts until the chicken is browned.
- Add sliced carrots and broccoli florets to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Combine the chicken and vegetables with the mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
