Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

A hearty and delicious vegetable and chicken casserole that's perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 200g potato
  • 100g carrot
  • 100g broccoli
  • 200g cheese
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced potatoes and carrots, cooking until slightly tender.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the pot with potatoes and carrots, cooking for additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Combine the chicken mixture with the vegetables in a baking dish, stirring to combine.
  7. Pour milk over the mixture and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
