Vegetable and Chicken Casserole
A hearty and delicious vegetable and chicken casserole that's perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 200g potato
- 100g carrot
- 100g broccoli
- 200g cheese
- 100ml milk
- 50g butter
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced potatoes and carrots, cooking until slightly tender.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pot with potatoes and carrots, cooking for additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the vegetables in a baking dish, stirring to combine.
- Pour milk over the mixture and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
