Vegetable and Chicken Casserole
A delicious and hearty casserole made with chicken and a variety of colorful vegetables, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g onion
- 150 g zucchini
- 200 g cheese
- 50 g butter
- 200 ml milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
- Add diced carrots and potatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in diced zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine sautéed vegetables with diced chicken breast and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and pour milk over the top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
