Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
- 300g chicken breast
- 200g potatoes
- 150g carrot
- 100g onion
- 50g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt

- olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- In a baking dish, combine the sautéed chicken, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
