Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 200g potatoes
  • 150g carrot
  • 100g onion
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  3. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the sautéed chicken, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
