Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

A hearty and comforting vegetable and chicken casserole that brings together tender chicken, nutritious vegetables, and a creamy sauce, baked to perfection for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 200g broccoli
  • 200g carrot
  • 200g potato
  • 250ml cream
  • 100g cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chopped broccoli and diced carrots to the skillet. Cook for a few more minutes.
  5. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked chicken and vegetables with diced potato.
  6. Pour cream over the mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
