Ingredients:

  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams potato
  • 150 grams carrot
  • 100 grams onion
  • 200 grams cheese
  • 100 milliliters cream
  • 50 grams butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  4. Add the chicken breast, cut into cubes, and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the potatoes and carrots, cooking for a few more minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the vegetables are tender.
