Vegetable and Chicken Bake
A hearty and comforting casserole that combines tender chicken with vegetables like potato, carrot, and onion, all baked to perfection in a creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams chicken breast
- 200 grams potato
- 150 grams carrot
- 100 grams onion
- 200 grams cheese
- 100 milliliters cream
- 50 grams butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the chicken breast, cut into cubes, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the potatoes and carrots, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir in the cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
