Ingredients:

  • 300g mushrooms
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and set the caps aside.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil until softened.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the mix and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with cream cheese, grated cheese, and breadcrumbs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
