Vegetable and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g tomato
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and a little water to form the pizza dough. Knead it until smooth and elastic.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips and arrange them on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic over the vegetables, followed by an even layer of cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces before serving.
