Vegetable and Cheese Pizza
A delicious homemade pizza topped with fresh vegetables and melted cheese, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g tomato
- 100g zucchini
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and a little water to form the pizza dough. Knead it until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the dough.
- Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips and arrange them on top of the sauce.
