Vegetable and Cheese Pizza

A delicious and healthy vegetable and cheese pizza topped with fresh seasonal ingredients, perfect for a family dinner or a quick lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 150g cheese
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g onion
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the flour on a floured surface to your desired thickness for the pizza base.
  3. Spread olive oil on the rolled out dough.
  4. Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic finely and sauté in a pan until softened.
  5. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Slice the tomato and layer it over the vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the tomatoes.
  8. Add fresh spinach leaves on top and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
