Vegetable and Cheese Pizza
A delicious and healthy vegetable and cheese pizza topped with fresh seasonal ingredients, perfect for a family dinner or a quick lunch.
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 150g cheese
- 100g tomato
- 50g onion
- 100g spinach
- 50g bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the flour on a floured surface to your desired thickness for the pizza base.
- Spread olive oil on the rolled out dough.
- Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic finely and sauté in a pan until softened.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza base.
- Slice the tomato and layer it over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the tomatoes.
- Add fresh spinach leaves on top and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
