Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 200g water
  • 10g yeast
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g onion
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 150g cheese
  • 10g garlic
  • 10g olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base.
  5. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until soft, then add sliced bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  6. Layer the sautéed vegetables over the tomato sauce, then sprinkle generously with cheese.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
