  • 100g spinach
  • 50g tomato
  • 30g onion
  • 30g bell pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
