Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 100g cheese
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined.
  3. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a non-stick oven-safe skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are fully set and the top is slightly golden.
