Ingredients:

  • 300 g tomato
  • 100 g cheese
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Prepare the flatbread dough by mixing flour with warm water and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a flat shape and place it on a baking tray.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the flatbread.
  5. Chop the garlic and sauté it briefly in a pan before spreading it over the sauce.
  6. Add a layer of fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
  7. Slice the bell pepper and arrange the pieces artistically over the spinach.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the entire flatbread.
