  • 30g onion
  • 30g bell pepper
  • 30g spinach

Instructions:

  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Spread chopped tomatoes, diced onions, bell peppers, and spinach evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and cut into slices.
