Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 120ml water
  • 50g cheese
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 50g onion

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with water and knead until a dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired flatbread thickness.
  4. Spread a layer of cheese over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms thinly and arrange them over the cheese and dough.
  6. Finely slice the onion and sprinkle it over the top.
  7. Bake the flatbread in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces before serving.
