Vegetable and Cheese Flatbread
A delicious flatbread topped with a medley of fresh vegetables and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and healthy meal!
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 120ml water
- 50g cheese
- 100g zucchini
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g mushrooms
- 50g onion
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with water and knead until a dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired flatbread thickness.
- Spread a layer of cheese over the rolled-out dough.
- Slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms thinly and arrange them over the cheese and dough.
- Finely slice the onion and sprinkle it over the top.
- Bake the flatbread in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces before serving.
