Vegetable and Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 250g beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 100g broccoli
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- soy sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate it in soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, wash and chop the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat sunflower oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the chopped carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan.
