A delightful and healthy Vegetable and Beef Stir-Fry, loaded with colorful vegetables and tender beef, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 250g beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • soy sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate it in soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. While the beef is marinating, wash and chop the carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, add the chopped carrot, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan.
  7. Stir-fry the mixture for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  8. Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce, salt, and pepper if needed.
  9. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
