Vegetable and Beef Casserole
A hearty vegetable and beef casserole that combines rich flavors and nutritious ingredients, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 300g potatoes
- 200g carrots
- 150g onions
- 100g cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Cube the potatoes and slice the carrots, then add them to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with grated cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
