A hearty vegetable and beef casserole that combines rich flavors and nutritious ingredients, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 300g potatoes
  • 200g carrots
  • 150g onions
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Cube the potatoes and slice the carrots, then add them to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
