Vegetable and Avocado Wrap
A fresh and healthy Vegetable and Avocado Wrap packed with nutrients. Perfect for a light lunch or snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
Instructions:
- Spread the avocado slices evenly on the whole wheat wrap.
- Layer the chopped spinach over the avocado.
- Add the sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top.
- Sprinkle grated carrot over the vegetables.
- Roll the wrap tightly, then slice in half and serve.
