Vegetable and Avocado Wrap

A fresh and healthy Vegetable and Avocado Wrap packed with nutrients. Perfect for a light lunch or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot

Instructions:

  1. Spread the avocado slices evenly on the whole wheat wrap.
  2. Layer the chopped spinach over the avocado.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber and bell pepper on top.
  4. Sprinkle grated carrot over the vegetables.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, then slice in half and serve.
