Tuna and Egg Delight Wrap

A delicious Tuna Salad Wrap made with large eggs, canned tuna, and a creamy mix of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, garnished with fresh dill, green onion, and wrapped in lettuce leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large lettuce leaves (or any other wrap alternative)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes until hard-boiled. Once done, place the eggs in cold water to cool, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, and green onion. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped eggs, being careful not to mash them too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay a large lettuce leaf on a flat surface. Spoon a good amount of the tuna and egg mixture onto the center of the leaf.
  5. Wrap the lettuce around the filling tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a neatly packed wrap.
  6. Repeat with the second lettuce leaf and remaining filling.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for a convenient on-the-go meal.
