Ingredients:

  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g of surimi (imitation crab)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Mixed salad greens
  • 1 lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs, let them cool, then peel and chop them.
  2. Drain the canned corn and surimi.
