Ingredients:

  • 200g Lettuce
  • 150g Canned Spam
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by washing and drying the lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
