Sweet Potato and Banana Dessert

- 250g sweet potato
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50g butter
- 50g sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes, then boil them in water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, drain and mash them with a fork or potato masher.
- Add the mashed bananas, butter, and sugar to the sweet potato mash, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is slightly golden.
