Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 100g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center with a spoon to create boats.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Fill the zucchini boats with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
