Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory mixture of cheese, garlic, and herbs, perfect for any appetizer occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped stems and garlic until soft.
  5. Combine the sautéed mixture with cheese and mix well.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
