Delicious and savory stuffed mushrooms perfect for appetizers. These mushrooms are filled with a blend of cheese, garlic, and herbs, making them a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 12 medium mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g grated cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, minced garlic, and grated cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
