Delicious stuffed mushrooms that make a perfect appetizer for any gathering. Filled with a savory mixture of cheese and herbs, these mushrooms are sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients:

  • 300g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g onion
  • 50g garlic
  • 20g butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, finely chopping them and setting aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the chopped mushroom stems to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh parsley.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
