Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory mixture of garlic, onions, and spinach, perfect for a delightful appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
  4. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until melted.
  7. Stuff the mushroom caps with the spinach mixture.
  8. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
