Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory mixture, perfect for serving as appetizers.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g garlic
  • 50g spinach
  • 30g parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
  3. Chop the mushroom stems and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the spinach and continue to cook until wilted.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese and grated parmesan until well combined.
  7. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden. Serve warm.
