Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory mixture of garlic and cheese, perfect for any appetizer spread.

Ingredients:

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 50g garlic
  • 100g cheese
  • 30ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until well combined.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the top is golden brown.
