Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g garlic
  • 50g spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.Set aside the caps.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic, and sauté them in a pan with a little oil until soft.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  5. Mix in the cheese until well combined.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbling.
