Delicious stuffed mushrooms made with cheese, garlic, and herbs - perfect as an appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 500g mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 50g garlic
  • 20g green onion
  • 30g breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
