Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy cheese, garlic, and herbs, perfect as an appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g green onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped green onion until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
