Ingredients:
- 500g mushrooms
- 100g spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150g cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Chop the mushroom stems and garlic finely.
- In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until soft.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
