Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious stuffed mushrooms perfect for appetizers, filled with a mixture of cheese, garlic, and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g spinach
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic, and sauté in a pan until softened.
  4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and mix in the cream cheese until well combined.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
