  • 30g garlic
  • 30g chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped chives until well combined.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
