Delicious stuffed mushrooms, perfect as a tasty appetizer. Filled with a mix of cheese, garlic, and spices, these bite-sized delights are sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the mushrooms stems along with garlic and onion.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped stems, garlic, onion, and cheese until well mixed.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and cheese is golden brown.
