Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 50g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems, garlic, and onion.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the chopped stems, garlic, and onion until soft.
  5. Mix in the cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through and the tops are golden.
