Delicious stuffed mushrooms with a savory filling, perfect as an appetizer for any gathering or party.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese
  • 50g garlic
  • 50g spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
  5. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
